Returns and Refunds
If your order has not been shipped, we will be happy to cancel your order and grant you a full refund (excluding Paypal's commission fee). You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our contact form to reach us. Please provide your order number to expedite the cancellation.
Unfortunately, unless an item is damaged or defective, we cannot issue returns or refunds once the order has shipped. If an item is defective or has been damaged, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order to initiate the return/refund process. We strongly encourage customers to select the tracking option when they make a purchase, as we can only issue replacements or refunds for items with tracking. If your order has been listed as "shipped" but you have not received it within two weeks, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or write us at our contact form. We understand your frustration and will try to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
